- Structural construction (excluding swimming pool): nearing completion
- Architectural work: 60% completed
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing): 55% completed
Building J2
- Structural construction (excluding swimming pool): nearing completion
- Architectural work: In progress (installation phase)
- MEP: 40% completed
